Description
RX-B current-limiting circuit breakers have two different releases acting on the switching mechanism:
- a time-delayed thermal release for overload protection,
- an electromagnetic instantaneous release with a plunger (striker) for short-circuit protection.
They are designed to protect electrical wiring and equipment against overload and short circuit, and are suitable for standard installation in distribution boards and switchboards.
In design and technical parameters, RX-B circuit breakers are on a par with the best products available worldwide. They bear the mark and are manufactured to ČSN EN 60 898.
I1, I2: overload protection (thermal release)

Typical applications of the tripping curves:
- B – for protection of cables and wiring
- C – for general-purpose loads
- D – for equipment with high inrush currents
